How long does the returns and exchange process take?Updated 2 months ago

Update 1/26/2026: 

All returns can be initiated using our returns portal, found at returns.woolandprince.com.

- If you opt to drop your items off at a Happy Returns Bar, your return will be processed within a few hours of drop-off.

- If you opt for a prepaid label, your return will be processed upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse. Please note that this can take up to 7-10 business days from the date of delivery at our facility.
